User Data Deletion

You can request deletion of any data FitchCraft holds about you, including data we received via Facebook Login, Instagram, or any other connected service.

How to request deletion

Email us at privacy@fitchcraft.co with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and tell us which FitchCraft service the request is for (e.g., Food Trucks, Lodge, Loyalty, Marketplace, EYS) plus the email address or phone number you used to sign up.

We'll confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. If your account was connected via Facebook or Instagram, we will also remove any tokens or page-level access we held for you.

What gets deleted

  • Your account record and any profile data tied to it (name, phone, email, login provider linkages).
  • Content you authored that is personal to you (saved searches, draft posts, follow lists, reaction history).
  • Tokens or credentials used to post on your behalf to connected third-party services.

What we may keep

  • Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you.
  • Records we're legally required to retain (financial / tax records related to paid subscriptions).
  • Content that is fundamentally about a public business (a food truck's menu, an event listing) when that business is owned by another account, even if you contributed to it.

Self-service

For services where we've built a self-service deletion flow, you can also delete your account from inside the app:

  • Open the app where your account lives → Settings → "Delete my account."
  • Confirm via the verification code we send to your phone or email.
  • The deletion is queued and completes within 30 days.

Self-service deletion is not yet available in every FitchCraftapp — when it isn't, the email path above is the supported method.
