Terms of Service — FitchCraft

This is the boring-but-necessary stuff. We keep it simple.

By using FitchCraft services or this website, you agree to act in good faith. We'll do the same. We own our work until you've paid for it. You own your data — always.

Don't steal our stuff. Don't use our tools to do illegal things. Don't be a jerk.

If there's a dispute, we'll try to work it out like adults. If that fails, the laws of the State of California and the courts of Yuba County apply. We reserve the right to use every appropriate means — including legal action — to protect our work, our clients, and our community.

Don't try to exploit our systems or our clients. We take that seriously and will use our powers of good against anyone who does.

Specific projects may have separate agreements. Those agreements control for that work. For everything else, these terms apply.
